256MB RAM and 1GB onboard storage while for storage expansion there are a microSD card slot which capable to handle up to 32GB card. Other features including WiFi, a USB 2.0 port, 2W speakers and a 3.5mm audio jack. Eximus tablet is retailed with a $126.54 price tag.
