Verizon Motorola Droid X2 smartphone makes official now

Finally, Motorola and Verizon Wireless US carrier today officially announced a new high-end smartphone, known as the Motorola Droid X2. This handset can be purchase online starts tomorrow for priced at $199.99 with a new 2-year contract. In Verizon stores, Droid X2 smartphone will be available from May 26th. The Motorola Droid X2 from Verizon has brings a 4.3-inch scratch-resistant and anti-reflective touchscreen display with qHD (960 x 540) resolution, an 8MP rear-facing camera with 720p video record and dual-LED flash, mobile hotspot capabilities, a HDMI output, FM radio, and a 1540 mAh battery.
Droid X2 is boasts a 1 GHz Tegra 2 SoC processor, 8GB of internal storage, an SD card slot (bundled with a 8GB card), and runs Android 2.2 (Froyo).
